Rupert Hunter runs these fun, relaxed & informal golf coaching sessions for ladies new to the game, beginners and those returning back to the sport. These weekly sessions provide the perfect pathway to becoming regular golfers & golf club membership. So come and join our Ladies Golf Academy!
Each session consists of 90 minutes golf coaching either on the golf course, driving range, putting green, chipping green and practice bunker followed by a drink (included) at the clubhouse (subject to opening hours)at Holtye Golf Club. Our plan is to go out on the golf course as much as possible but we also use the excellent practice facilities available.
The emphasis is about having fun. We tee off from the forward “Blue Academy Tees” (Score card below) which shortens the length of the holes on the golf course and play in relaxed team formats such as Texas Scramble or Greensomes (all that can be explained!) and cover all aspects of the game, technique, club selection, rules & etiquette.
It’s a great way to meet new friends and learn the game!
A sense of humour is a must!

Dates of extra sessions & times are advertised by email – booking in advance is required
Although not currently running, we have run a session on a Saturday afternoon @ 4.30pm in the past. Please register your interest if interested!

Booking Terms & Conditions:
- A maximum of 6 places are available per session.
- To secure a place(s) please email rupert@holtyegolfacademy.co.uk
- Should you need to cancel a secured place 48 hours notice is required by email prior to the session running. Cancellations less than 48 hours or “No Shows” will be liable for 100% of the session fee.
- You are welcome to sign up for as many places as you wish. Availability is based on a first come first served basis.
- Adequate wet weather clothing & footwear providing support is required for sessions held during inclement weather (we don’t cancel if it rains!)
